MAKING A LOCAL CALL:

Local calls are seven digital numbers. Calls within the APUA wireline network begin with the digit 4, as in (268) 462 XXXX or with the digit 5 as in (268) 560 XXXX.

Calls to mobile phones begin with the identifying digit 7 as in (268) 727 XXXX.

CHARGES FOR LOCAL SERVICES

Your monthly bill shows the rental charge that applies to your particular service, either the Residential or Business rate, and in addition the call charges. These are charged at a unit rate, throughout Antigua and Barbuda regardless of your location or if you are a Residential or a Business customer.

For users within Antigua

calls to some service numbers are free. These are:

• 711 Telephone Service Queries
• 811 PCS Service Queries
• 911 or 999 Emergency Calls
• 0 (Zero) For International Operator

Calls to 411 Directory Assistance and mobile phones are charged.

BILL PAYMENTS

Bills are sent out monthly and prompt payment is expected. Payment can be made in person at any one of APUA’s offices at Cassada Gardens or High Street during the regular opening hours. • PCS, iNet, and landline telephone bills can be paid at the PCS Office at London House.

Bills may also be paid by mailing a cheque AND the bill to: APUA Cash Collections, P.O. Box 416, St. John’s, Antigua. You may also drop your envelope into our drop-off boxes located at our head office at Cassada Gardens or our branch office on Long Street. These boxes are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In both cases, the receipt will be sent back to you by return mail.
